I have known exactly what type of car I wanted for months, and before entering endras and speaking to Luke Pellow , I did not feel comfortable with other dealers or warranty packages. It seemed as if they were always rushing me to make a decision, and trying to fast talk to get me to make a fast purchase on a car that didn't have everything I wanted. With Luke and endras bmw, I was able to make my own decision on my own time. I did not feel pressured and Luke Pellow was able to answer all of my questions. More importantly he encouraged me to be sure that I was making the correct decision for myself. Whenever I had a concern, Luke gave me correct information and did not hesitate to allow me to return on my own time. It did not take me long to see that purchasing my 335i from Luke at endras was the right fit, I actually returned the next day instead of the 3 weeks like I originally planned. Luke's honesty and passion for bmws is was wheeled me in. On another note, one of My largest concern was about the warranty, Michelle B another sales associate also found me a plan that best suited my needs which was like icing on the cake. I was very surprised when she called me on my cell to tell me the good news. At the end of it all i was able to get exactly what I wanted, this was the lost money I've ever spent and thanks to Luke P and Michelle B, I was able to do so with confidence. I love Driving my 335i, I definitely will be making my next purchase from Luke at endras in the future and will not hesitate to pass Luke's card out to friends and family! More

I just picked up my third mini cooper and I couldn't be happier with the incredible customer service I received from Endras Bmw Mini. I dealt with Roy Milley and Natasha. I was in a very stressful situat happier with the incredible customer service I received from Endras Bmw Mini. I dealt with Roy Milley and Natasha. I was in a very stressful situation as I had an un-expected move in the middle of my lease and had gone over my km's by quite a bit due to my commute to work. I was so upset because I didn't know what I was going to do. I thought my only option was to buy out my 2009 mini. I met with Roy who was so helpful and understanding. I left the dealership feeling a little better about financing my 2009 mini. Later that day Roy phoned me at home and said that he and Natasha had been able to work something out for me. I went back the next day and both Roy and Natasha met with me and told me they could get me into a brand new 2013 mini for a lower payment than financing my current car. I couldn't believe it. I am so thankful to both Roy and Natasha for the amazing customer service they provided to me. Today I had my first experience with Mini Service responding to a recall notice. Staff (Rob) was great, I was able to make use of the free WiFi and get my work done while waiting.
