I went to MINI Durham in order to purchase a 2013 MINI Knightsbridge. I had spoken with Michelle Healy a few times over the phone prior to going to the dealership. I had a really great experience at MINI Durham and Michelle worked within my budget to make sure I was nothing spending outside of my means. Upon arrival I was provided with a thorough understanding of the controls plus a recap of the car's features. Natasha Korkor was wonderful to work with when it came time to discuss financing! Today I had my first experience with Mini Service responding to a recall notice. Staff (Rob) was great, I was able to make use of the free WiFi and get my work done while waiting. I just picked up my third mini cooper and I couldn't be happier with the incredible customer service I received from Endras Bmw Mini. I dealt with Roy Milley and Natasha. I was in a very stressful situat happier with the incredible customer service I received from Endras Bmw Mini. I dealt with Roy Milley and Natasha. I was in a very stressful situation as I had an un-expected move in the middle of my lease and had gone over my km's by quite a bit due to my commute to work. I was so upset because I didn't know what I was going to do. I thought my only option was to buy out my 2009 mini. I met with Roy who was so helpful and understanding. I left the dealership feeling a little better about financing my 2009 mini. Later that day Roy phoned me at home and said that he and Natasha had been able to work something out for me. I went back the next day and both Roy and Natasha met with me and told me they could get me into a brand new 2013 mini for a lower payment than financing my current car. I couldn't believe it. I am so thankful to both Roy and Natasha for the amazing customer service they provided to me.
