I had a great experience dealing with Roy and Shannon. In my life I never expected to spend over 2 hours at a car dealership discussing cars, available options, test-driving and everything else that goes wit my life I never expected to spend over 2 hours at a car dealership discussing cars, available options, test-driving and everything else that goes with purchasing a new vehicle. Roy gave me as much time as I needed and answered all my questions. I felt that I was well-informed to make a great decision on which vehicle to purchase. When I came back to sign the deal Shannon was prepared with all the paperwork and well-versed as she offered up additional options. The best part, Shannon was very informative but not pushy. An asset that is much appreciated by a consumer. More

Upon visiting the dealership for the first time I was very impressed with the atmosphere and the behavior of my sales professional Roy Milley ..I was considering other models but the ambience of this dea very impressed with the atmosphere and the behavior of my sales professional Roy Milley ..I was considering other models but the ambience of this dealership and the integrity of Roy made my decision easy .. There was a glitch in the initial order as the model received from Germany was not exactly as ordered but Roy and the manager Mitzi Brown immediately stepped up and rectified the situation by providing me with a loaner BMW at no cost until the new BMW arrived from Germany with the required options -- How much more could a client ask for ! From the initial visit through the test drive and during the sales negotation the team at Endra were thorough , professional & courteous ..Both my wife and I feel that we have not only purchased a vehicle but "We made new friends" Ken More
