I had been considering an X1 for quite some time... about a year. I happened to be passing the Endras dealership and decided to pop in, check out what they had. The first person I met was Luke and he took some time to show me around the dealership, walk me through the features and pricing of the X1. He told me that he'd be my guy, he was the best in the business and not to worry, he'd take care of me. I figured that was all BS, typically sales guy speak. I ended up emailing 8 dealerships, requesting a quote on the X1. Luke was the first one to get back to me and was the only one who was able to get me to a monthly payment I was comfortable with. Every other dealership I spoke with was only concerned with getting me in through their door, trying to up-sell me or tell me they couldn't get me in the car I wanted, at the price I was looking for. Luke was able to do it all and he was able to get me in the car I wanted.... even though there was just 1 left in Canada and another dealership didn't want to give it up. Luke made buying my first BMW an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend and the Endras dealership to anyone looking to get into their dream car. They'll work with you, coach you and do everything in their power to get you into the vehicle you want. They're not in the business of losing money on every car they sell and don't expect that, but you'll be a great hands with Luke Pellow and I'll be recommending him to anyone I know who's in the market. Visited Endras BMW after an unhappy trip to my local BMW Mississauga. An extreme contrast in quality, friendliness, and first and foremost, fair pricing. I was initially greeted by Kevin, and warmly welcomed; We discussed the options and background of a specific used vehicle that I had located via Autotrader. While test-driving the vehicle, Kevin explained the options on the vehicle, and the 50/50 weight distribution. Needless to say, we were happy enough to discuss pricing upon return (although initially we had decided beforehand not to make a decision unless we were confident that we could negotiate a price to a reasonable amount). We were shown the various financing rates and total costs involved in the specified vehicle at the asking price. At this point, due to the helpfulness of Kevin, and extreme friendliness of the adjoining MINI staff located in the same building; in addition to an already fair price, we were ready to throw out our offer. Although negotiations were lengthy, Dave and myself (alongside Kevin) were able to come to an extremely attractive deal for a certified vehicle with years of warranty left, and agreed on a contract with financing that I was very comfortable committing to. Financing seemed to be quite hectic (re. BMW Credit), and although labor inducing, was finalized with relative ease thanks to the help of Shannon within a few days. Note also, Rajiv was more than happy to answer questions on the new vehicles in stock (although I was only inquiring for future purchases/family). Overall, a great transaction owed to the staff at Ajax Endras BMW/MINI. Happy to recommend, will definitely do business with again, and left this afternoon with my BMW X5 with a smile and no regrets. I had reviewed similar cars at other BMW dealerships and found that the car I purchased at Endras to be the best value.
