When I walked into the Endras dealership I didn't know what to expect. This was going to be my first purchase of a BMW so of course I had a lot of questions and a bit of apprehension but that was put know what to expect. This was going to be my first purchase of a BMW so of course I had a lot of questions and a bit of apprehension but that was put to rest once I met Kevin he put me at ease right away, he answered all my question, asked my price point and made some suggestions. He then took me out to the parking lot to look at two BMW that was within my price point. I settled on the X5 SUV what a babe that is. Kevin was patient and this whole transaction seemed so effortlessly. By the way Kevin I need some more lessons in how to used those high tech stuff that came with the X5. My experience with you as my salesman was just phenomenal, a big shout out to Dave your manager for also taking the time to make my first experience of owning a X5 one I won't soon forget. We didn't know Roy Milley when we landed at Endras. We were having our 2009 328xi serviced having driven from Kingston. It was 0800 on a Monday. Roy was hanging up his coat near a red X3 that my wife was drooling over. Roy sensed her interest, engaged in conversation and within an hour or so we were now a 2 BMW family. Roy was very professional, took us on a test drive, knew his product inside/out and made our entire transaction enjoyable. I had questions about the X3 and Roy had the answers.We returned two weeks later to pick up the new vehicle and again Roy was attentive spending considerable time completing the purchase and giving my wife in car instruction. Overall we were very impressed with Roy, and the folks at Endras. No hesitation in recommending Roy and this dealership! On leaving Roy suggested a place for lunch (Hot Rocks) and it was Great!
