Not only did he arrange that I was able to get the car, but he also communicated with me in a very professional manner all the way through and kept me kept me in the loop. And to top it all of he provided me with a great surprise, when I picked up my by having arranged new rear tires for my car, which I had already planned to replace. I can't say the say the same about Ms. Young, who didn't keep me properly informed and left me chasing for answers.
