Travelled from Ottawa to deal with Rida (and Endras) After a less than satisfactory experience with a dealership in Ottawa when purchasing our last BMW, this time we decided to shop for the dealership as After a less than satisfactory experience with a dealership in Ottawa when purchasing our last BMW, this time we decided to shop for the dealership as well as the vehicle and, in particular, a sales advisor that we felt was personable as well as knowledgeable. Our online search led us to Rida, who more than made up for our previous experience! From the first email and phone call, Rida was in tune with our needs, was easy to talk to (no high pressure whatsoever), and incredibly helpful (we felt she really wanted to see us get into the right car) -- she even picked us up at the Ajax GO station when we came by train from Ottawa to get our new X3. She sat with us and explained everything in the car (much has changed since we bought our last X3!), took our picture beside the car and handed us a gift bag when we left! We have been telling everyone about her thoughtfulness and how impressed we were with her exceptional customer service. We have also been in touch with Rida since picking up the car with a few questions and she has remained as helpful and knowledgeable as ever, and has told us to stop in and say hello (and get a free car wash!) when we are passing by on our way to Toronto. Hopefully Rida will still be in the biz when we are ready for another vehicle. Who knew buying a car could actually be such a pleasant experience?! Thanks again for everything Rida! More
