Customer Respect It's not my nature to write reviews. But when a "business" repeatedly treats me like a friend, not a dollar sign, I feel I should speak out. I rarely visit Endras, because our BMW's have all been so reliable. Endras cannot take credit for the vehicle quality. But, they can be proud of how well they treat their clients. I can literally drop in for no reason and be met with recognition and a smile. I must, absolutely must, single out their resident expert, Mayur Goswami. This gentlemen is a wealth of knowledge, and never seems to tire of my picking his brain. In fact he seems to honestly enjoy it. I have purchased many many new cars in my lifetime, never has a dealership prompted me to speak out with anything other than complaints. If you are looking at BMW's, make the drive to Ajax, and say hi to Mayur (no, I'm not related to him !). More

Making it Happen !! I was out to buy my first BMW and ended up at EndrasBMW. With all the confusion in options / trims / variants that is typically associated with buildi I was out to buy my first BMW and ended up at EndrasBMW. With all the confusion in options / trims / variants that is typically associated with building / pricing these high end German cars, the experience was made a very easy and comfortable one for me. I was handled by Perry Phetvongkham and from the get go, I could see him working hard to get me the deal I wanted and drive off the lot happy. Perry worked very closely with me for several hours and I could see him clearly putting my priorities first. At no point was there any pressure or rush. I am extremely pleased with the service i received from him. To sum it, I am very skeptical of sales folks generally and don't usually trust them very easily. But after working with Perry, I am confident in saying that If anyone can make it happen for you at EndrasBMW, its him. Go see him, and he "will" get you into your dream BMW - period. More

Given that this was our first time driving BMWs, she did a great demonstration of the cars we test drove before letting us drive it on our own. We did not feel rushed at all during the test drive and she was able to answer all of our questions with confidence and she did not make us feel like we were asking stupid questions. She was very honest and respectful during sale negotiations. Even though we were buying a used car, the experience felt as if we were buying a brand new car. She seemed genuinely excited for us to be first time BMW owners. If you plan on buying a BMW, I guaruntee you will not be dissatisfied with Rida's service. Thanks Rida More
