I rarely visit Endras, because our BMW's have all been so reliable. Endras cannot take credit for the vehicle quality. But, they can be proud of how well they treat their clients. I can literally drop in for no reason and be met with recognition and a smile. I must, absolutely must, single out their resident expert, Mayur Goswami. This gentlemen is a wealth of knowledge, and never seems to tire of my picking his brain. In fact he seems to honestly enjoy it. I have purchased many many new cars in my lifetime, never has a dealership prompted me to speak out with anything other than complaints. If you are looking at BMW's, make the drive to Ajax, and say hi to Mayur (no, I'm not related to him !). More
