I have had a pretty bad service experience here. My car was purchased at bmw toronto but i took my car in for a warrenty issue about a month ago to endras bmw. Pictures were taken by the shop foreman and a person from the warrenty claim was spoken to. I was told i will get a call when the part is in. I called to follow up and now there seems to be no record of this. Also i was advised only the SA that i spoke to originally can see the notes on my file and i have got to wait for them to come back to work. No other SA can access the notes on my account to tell me where we are at with the warenty issue I never write reviews but i thought i had to, in this case so other people can be advised of the type of service from Endras bmw. To me this is not acceptable way to treat clients from a luxury car delarships such as Bmw. More

From An Oil Change to An X6 - Rida Does It Again! I was wandering around Endras while my X4 was getting an oil change looking at the motorcycles when I ran into Rida. By the end of day she made me an offer I couldn't refuse and before I knew it I was driving home in my new to me X6! But their effort helping me out showing the different features of the car showed that they were very dedicated to me as the customer. Jimmy knows his numbers and made the deal work for me to purchase a new 2108 330 xi M2 series and to went above and beyond to get my car shipped to Saskatoon as I accepted a job there. The service they provided me was a "WOW" factor as Bethany took the time to train me on the options and features of the car.
