Worst Management Ever I bought a car from Enzo and his manager Michael Lapolla. Both are terible liars. What they tell you and what they put on paper and make sign are different. Once they get your signiture they ignor you as they dont know you at all. Be careful! General manager is Danny Tran who is extremly rude and the last thing he can be qualified for is managing a BMW dealership. If you want to buy anything from these people be extremly careful and do not trust them at all. In brief they scammers. My worst purchasing experience and never go back there. More

2018 bmw gran coupe Hello, I have a 2018 bmw. I have had a pretty bad service experience here. My car was purchased at bmw toronto but i took my car in for a warrent Hello, I have a 2018 bmw. I have had a pretty bad service experience here. My car was purchased at bmw toronto but i took my car in for a warrenty issue about a month ago to endras bmw. Pictures were taken by the shop foreman and a person from the warrenty claim was spoken to. I was told i will get a call when the part is in. I called to follow up and now there seems to be no record of this. Also i was advised only the SA that i spoke to originally can see the notes on my file and i have got to wait for them to come back to work. No other SA can access the notes on my account to tell me where we are at with the warenty issue I never write reviews but i thought i had to, in this case so other people can be advised of the type of service from Endras bmw. To me this is not acceptable way to treat clients from a luxury car delarships such as Bmw. More

From An Oil Change to An X6 - Rida Does It Again! I was wandering around Endras while my X4 was getting an oil change looking at the motorcycles when I ran into Rida. We ended up talking and she remembered that I really wanted an X6. Buying another vehicle was the last thing on my mind, but after a bit of talking Rida said she would see what she could do for me. By the end of day she made me an offer I couldn't refuse and before I knew it I was driving home in my new to me X6! Rida is a friendly professional that goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service and makes sure you are happy with every step of the process.
