Drive over an hour to get to the dealership only to find out that I wasn't due? The man helping us was rude, didnt apologize, even after all the email correspondence was provided. And apparently the service I was booked for doesn't even exist? Maybe they should be training their employees better on customer service. I will never be going back to this dealership. Such a joke. She provided us with the right guidance throughout running through the details of the car, the terms and conditions of buying the car, etc. However the person (Rebecca) who was deployed to provide assistance on walking us through the functions of the car wasn't friendly enough. It was difficult for her to communicate through the questions we asked due an attitude she had through out the session. She barely spent 15-20 mins of the 1.5Hrs allotted time session. The lack in her communication was compensated by Rida's friendly gesture and patience with us. More

Treevee was able to answer our detailed technical questions which led us to purchase a new 2019 BMW 440i xDrive Convertible from a superb Client Advisor, Roy Milley. Roy was able to provide advice and guidance during the purchasing process to enable us to build and receive the vehicle we were looking for. It was because of Roy that we experienced a fantastic European Delivery in Munich and then a second Delivery when we were once again presented with our car, after being shipped from Germany, at Endras. Roy kept us informed during the whole purchase and delivery process. It was during this second delivery that Treevee again impressed us with his knowledge and was able to explain every little detail of our new vehicle and answer all of our questions.
