Exceptional Service Staff I hadn't been to the service department in a while due to some concerns I had with the staff. I recently decided to try again and I have to say, I fe I hadn't been to the service department in a while due to some concerns I had with the staff. I recently decided to try again and I have to say, I felt a complete turnaround. I worked with Roger this visit. He took the time to explain a few things to me about some maintenance I needed to complete on my van. He truly showed genuine concern and really offered exceptional service. I can assure you that I will be coming back moving forward knowing that Roger is there. Well done Elgin Chrysler! More

No hassel, excellent customer service! I liked that I was able to look at and research the vehicle I was interested in online on the dealership website and that I was able to book an appoin I liked that I was able to look at and research the vehicle I was interested in online on the dealership website and that I was able to book an appointment VIA email with a sales rep. When my husband and I showed up, Jeff Lauzon was ready and waiting for us. Jeff answered the questions that we had and was able to have all of our paperwork ready in a very timely manner even though they had been experiencing a system outage. Jeff also ordered another set of headphones for us without us having to ask him as we have three children and only two pairs came with our van. We haven't received them yet but I'm sure its because Jeff was on vacation. This was our first vehicle purchase at Elgin Chrysler and we will definitely be back in the future and recommend to family and friends. More
