When we arrived back at the dealership, we worked with him and negotiated a fair trade-in value for our car as well some little touch-ups on the truck's exterior. Whe we arrived to pick up the truck a few days later, everything was done and ready to go. He took the time to educate us on some of the features of the truck. Everything went very smoothly.
