When we arrived back at the dealership, we worked with him and negotiated a fair trade-in value for our car as well some little touch-ups on the truck's exterior. I made an appointment on the spot to have my vehicle serviced. Service departments are the front lines at a dealership, once your vehicle is purchased, Elgin Chrysler has obviously figured that out which is refreshing. More
