This first-time experience could not have been easier. I had been wanting to purchase a Jeep for a while, and when contacting Jeff he was attentive to my requests and extremely flexible when assisting me in finding my 'dream' Jeep. Jeff was very personable and understood exactly what I was wanting. He contacted me any time he found something he thought I may be interested in and when we finally found the one I wanted, the ease and comfort continued. This was the biggest purchase I had made thus far in my life and Jeff made it very managble and exciting for me!
