It was clear from the start the JD was an honest, trustworthy person with great integrity, who spoke with passion, enthusiasm, and candor. He was personable and genuinely cared about getting us in the right vehicle. JD did not try to push any vehicle on us or suggest vehicles that were out of our price range. JD spent the time listening to what we were looking for and provided many options, taking the time necessary to explain the details and answer our many questions.
