Overwhelmed by good sevice We were disappointed with other dealerships not listening to what we wanted in a car. When we would send them pictures of the car we were interested We were disappointed with other dealerships not listening to what we wanted in a car. When we would send them pictures of the car we were interested in they said they wouldn’t trade with other dealerships. We walked into Elgin Chrysler and talked to Adam Lampman and showed him the car we wanted on the internet, he talked to Jeff and within an hour we had traded our 2011, Chrysler 300 Ltd. for a 2018 Chrysler 300 Ltd. Nick was very professional getting our extra warranty and we were overwhelmed by the friendliness of all the staff. We were even shuttled to the mall and back while they readied our 9th white car. The coffee, hot chocolate and the popcorn was very good too. I also had instructions in how to use their coffee machine. We will never forget the experience with Elgin Chrysler and will definitely recommend Elgin Chrysler to all our friends and family if they are looking for another car. Paul went out of his way to make sure I had my truck a day before my actual delivery date because my previous truck had sold. He even took my truck to get new tires I had purchased.
