My experience with St. Thomas Chrysler I sent in 2 quotes. I promptly got a text back which was good. Was told quote would be there next day. Quotes I had asked for to begin with were no I sent in 2 quotes. I promptly got a text back which was good. Was told quote would be there next day. Quotes I had asked for to begin with were not even ready. When I got there the first thing that was pushed on me was a demo when I wanted new and not even close to what I asked for. I took for a drive test. The vehicle was filthy dirty, every compartment was full of junk/gadgets, baby seat in back seat, smelled like wet diapers, and floor in back was covered in bags/etc. I returned the truck to the dealership and brought the keys back in. I left and I went to the dealership in Tillsonburg Ontario. They listened to me about what I wanted to purchase and they helped me to build my new vehicle. I bought a nice new truck in cash. They never pressured me or forced anything I didn't want upon me. More
