I have been dealing with Ed Learn Ford/Lincoln for many years now and am always greeted by friendly people who make you feel special. They obviously love their jobs as it shows in the way they get to know years now and am always greeted by friendly people who make you feel special. Trying to get a warranty issue on my heated seat repaired for 7 months. Still not resolved after six appointments where they had my car all day! Last appointment they made for me they cancelled after my ca for 7 months. Still not resolved after six appointments where they had my car all day! First time buying over internet, good experience once our vehicle was confirmed available. I have had my RV to the fleet service department three times in the last two years. I have never received the unit back in the time frame I was told. I'm not talking hours but days. Today was one day late times in the last two years. I have never received the unit back in the time frame I was told. I'm not talking hours but days. Today was one day late just for a oil change and wheel alingment. I believe this is a management organizational issue not a front line employee issue. Late by days three times in a row is unacceptable. On top of this there was no call or communication from the fleet service department. Will not return to Learn More
