Trying to get a warranty issue on my heated seat repaired for 7 months. Still not resolved after six appointments where they had my car all day! Last appointment they made for me they cancelled after my ca for 7 months. Still not resolved after six appointments where they had my car all day! First time buying over internet, good experience once our vehicle was confirmed available. I have had my RV to the fleet service department three times in the last two years. I have never received the unit back in the time frame I was told. I'm not talking hours but days. Today was one day late times in the last two years. I have never received the unit back in the time frame I was told. I'm not talking hours but days. Today was one day late just for a oil change and wheel alingment. I believe this is a management organizational issue not a front line employee issue. Late by days three times in a row is unacceptable. On top of this there was no call or communication from the fleet service department. Will not return to Learn More

I had an amazing experience at Ed Learn service department. I had paint peeling off both sides of the front windshield and Charlie Lynch went above and beyond to have it repaired and not only did t department. I had paint peeling off both sides of the front windshield and Charlie Lynch went above and beyond to have it repaired and not only did they repair it, they cleaned my winter floor mats and they looked like new and cleaned all the dash and front interior. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I got in. I’ve never had any service rep (Charlie) treat me beyond words of gratitude. I also had an issue with my cooling fan not stopping and he had me come in first thing on Monday morning, and it was fixed and ready to go in three hours, and beside all of this, Charlie made sure that I had the use of a vehicle while both jobs were being done and I really appreciated that as I live in the country and kind of hard to ride my bike that distance. Many thanks for the expert job Charlie and if I could give you 10 stars you certainly deserve it. More
