Great experience with Ed Learn Ford in St. Catharines. Bought a 2023 Bronco Sport this May. It was actually the third Ford dealership I tried to buy a Bronco with and both of the others had er Catharines. Bought a 2023 Bronco Sport this May. It was actually the third Ford dealership I tried to buy a Bronco with and both of the others had errors on their websites where the mileage and features online didn’t match the bill of sale. It was so frustrating but luckily third time was the charm. Everything at Ed Learn Ford was accurate and efficient. Our Sales professional Jim Brickell was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience with Jamie Atkinson. He helped me throughout the process in a very friendly manner. I bought a 2017 Ford Escape AS-IS for a decent deal. Although now I can see the real problems - engine jerks at highway speeds (especially at 80s the engine stutters continuously until I hit 90-95 kmph), and refuses to accelerate some times. I was very scared when it happened when driving it back home from from the dealership (St.Catharines to Scarborough). I know the dealership is not to be blamed here but it hurts when you pay so much and still feel like you bought someone else's problem! Lesson learned - no more buying as-is vehicles (only certified pre-owned, with warranty or new). More
