They say this happens if the car sits on a dealers lot for a while. Lol, really? My summer sits all winter, an d I have no problems in the spring. I had to really push the issue, finally they covered the cost of turning the rotors.. I refused to deal with them for a few years. Now, I broght my Fiesta, in for the faulty transmission. The car is done, get this, the call me and put me on hold !!! About 5 minutes later they pick up. Really? So, basically, you figure your time is more important than mine? I am done again.. also worth mentioning, they NO parking for service.. nice.. what a joke. Don't believe me? Go and see for yourself ! More

Jim was extremely knowledgable about the product and he kept finding great incentives ( both financial or personal) for choosing the product. Follow-up staff were also excellent. Jim's offer of additional tutorials to both me or my wife with regards to "Sync" and hybrid technology if needed was very kind and reassuring. Poor service and customer support Well after having the "construction special" done I was left wondering about the service? meaning outside of the oil change if the "other" services we Well after having the "construction special" done I was left wondering about the service? meaning outside of the oil change if the "other" services were done? (ie) tire rotation, conditioning the weather stripping etc. I know the latter wasn't done, also I wanted the brakes assessed, however that part of the service record was "crossed off" , also I had a crack/chip in my windshield and inquired about a replacement, however the "tech" marked it as not there? I really have no confidence in the service there, and you would think that given the cost, that wouldn't be a factor? Buyer beware. More

Poor after sale care.. I bought a brand new Fusion at Ed Learn. From day one, I had a vibration in the front brakes. I was told by the service department, that the rotors c I bought a brand new Fusion at Ed Learn. From day one, I had a vibration in the front brakes. I was told by the service department, that the rotors can warp from sitting on a lot for months. Brakes are not covered, and that I have to pay for new brakes!! Can you believe that? More
Great place for buying a car but service is lacking I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. The buying experience was great and the dealership was so good that I bought a second vehicle and that' I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. The buying experience was great and the dealership was so good that I bought a second vehicle and that's when the problems really started. There quick service has always been slow for an oil change and I could live with that but the last time I went in it was to flip my tires from winter to summer. I was told at the time I needed new front and rear brake pads as there was not much left. I allowed them to do this and when I spoke to my wife she advised me that the rear breaks had been done 3 months prior when she was in for an oil change. Now 3 months and another set of brakes makes me believe they did not replace the brakes the first time or that they now did not need replacing. The wife picked up the vehicle and low and behold they not only replaced the break pads they also replaced all 4 rotors. It is my opinion that this dealers service department can not be trusted and you should always get a second opinion as I will now be doing. More
