Poor after sale care.. I bought a brand new Fusion at Ed Learn. From day one, I had a vibration in the front brakes. I was told by the service department, that the rotors c I bought a brand new Fusion at Ed Learn. From day one, I had a vibration in the front brakes. I was told by the service department, that the rotors can warp from sitting on a lot for months. Brakes are not covered, and that I have to pay for new brakes!! Can you believe that? More

Great place for buying a car but service is lacking I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. The buying experience was great and the dealership was so good that I bought a second vehicle and that' I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. The buying experience was great and the dealership was so good that I bought a second vehicle and that's when the problems really started. There quick service has always been slow for an oil change and I could live with that but the last time I went in it was to flip my tires from winter to summer. I was told at the time I needed new front and rear brake pads as there was not much left. I allowed them to do this and when I spoke to my wife she advised me that the rear breaks had been done 3 months prior when she was in for an oil change. Now 3 months and another set of brakes makes me believe they did not replace the brakes the first time or that they now did not need replacing. The wife picked up the vehicle and low and behold they not only replaced the break pads they also replaced all 4 rotors. It is my opinion that this dealers service department can not be trusted and you should always get a second opinion as I will now be doing. More

Outstanding customer service Came to the dealership several times...looked at several vehicles..on several different occasions...the salesman Jim Brickell was both very knowledgea Came to the dealership several times...looked at several vehicles..on several different occasions...the salesman Jim Brickell was both very knowledgeable and patient with me...in the end I found what I was looking for..and an very happy with my purchase...I've bought from Ed Learn in the past...and after a bad experience with another local unnamed Firs dealer...I'm glad I returned to Ed Learn Ford. I would have wrote a review sooner..however due to health reasons I had not gotten around to it..I would recommend this dealer as well as Jim Brickell to anyone. More
