2017 Explorer New Purchase I dealt with John Carlo Meo and Al Robertson for the purchase of a new 2017 Ford Explorer XLT and a trade-in of a 2014 Ford Edge. Both were exception I dealt with John Carlo Meo and Al Robertson for the purchase of a new 2017 Ford Explorer XLT and a trade-in of a 2014 Ford Edge. Both were exceptionally courteous and highly professional, and very fair as far as the trade-in is concerned. They took the time to explain everything without putting any pressure on me. They both listen to my concerns and answered every questions I had and the entire sale process was very smooth. I was also given a tour of various departments and all the people I met were very pleasant and courteous. So far so good... I highly recommend this dealership. More

I had my f350 there for almost 3 months for some insurance work from some vandals. 3 months it took them to figure out and fix any problems related to the claim. It was a 2 week job anywhere ealse. They only had me in a rental for 2 weeks and revoked the rental and made me Pay for for it myself. After all that was said and done and finally got my truck back. With many underlaying issues, gas gauge now broken , Advance Trac light on, grease from the mechanic all over the door, Zero attention to detail. They teamed up with the insurance and refused to fix or clean my truck. I hired a lawyer " should have got a better one" dint do much other than aggravate the insurance and ed learn. The People that work in the sales department and Hr have zero PR skills, at one point the floor manager told me to bugger off and take the bus back to wherever I came from. All for asking why is my truck taking 3 months he seemed to have justified it by belittling me in front of his co-workers by saying I own this shop what the xxxx do you own kid?. Exact words from that British man on the radio. I told him that he is not the owner and I would like to speak to the owner, that never happend as he dissappeared the rest of that day. I can go on and on but to stay on point there a bunch of crooks who don't appreciate the opportunity or the buisness I bring them they will never have mine nor my family nor my friends buisness IL make sure of it. They say this happens if the car sits on a dealers lot for a while. Lol, really? My summer sits all winter, an d I have no problems in the spring. I had to really push the issue, finally they covered the cost of turning the rotors.. I refused to deal with them for a few years. Now, I broght my Fiesta, in for the faulty transmission. The car is done, get this, the call me and put me on hold !!! About 5 minutes later they pick up. Really? So, basically, you figure your time is more important than mine? I am done again.. also worth mentioning, they NO parking for service.. nice.. what a joke. Don't believe me? Go and see for yourself ! More
