Quick and painless. No fuss and complete I have no problems with the service. Everything was great. Firstly Charlie, Bill, and Dennis at the Quicklane are great to deal with and are knowledgeable. It is comforting to know that they can be trusted. Trust is something that needs to be built. My family is now three generations driving ford and all deal with Ed Learn and the same group of guy's. My son (27) a few months ago was the last to purchase a new car and he was real comfortable dealing with John Carlo in the show room then moving into the quicklane for the first service he was real happy and now starting to grow the relationship. More

Ideal Purchasing Experience For some time I have been looking to replace a Toyota Celica GTS with a vehicle that is equally or preferably even more enjoyable to drive, small & fu For some time I have been looking to replace a Toyota Celica GTS with a vehicle that is equally or preferably even more enjoyable to drive, small & fuel efficient but able to comfortable transport people/items and cost effective. Jim Brickell of Ed Learn Ford made my Ford Fiesta ST purchasing experience ideal. Throughout the experience, Jim was concise, polite and friendly. He was fair and efficient in ensuring we had a mutually beneficial transaction. During the manufacturing period, Jim was courteous to provide updates to the delivery schedule. And, when I had recently picked up the vehicle, Mr. Brickell spent time to familiarize me with the local service centre and the Ford Fiesta's features. Further, he has extended an invitation, should I have further question, to pay him a visit and he would be glad to advise me further of the car's features. Overall the experience was ideal. Jim took care of the entire process from start to finish. I am grateful for his dedication to superior service and would highly recommend to others in the market. More
