just went in to get a chip on my windshield fixed Upon entering the Quick Lane service area, I was met with three different customer reps who were dealing with other customers. Regardless, they attended to me in a timely manner and offered me a complementary cup of coffee. The waiting room was clean and neat, warm and inviting. The repair took less than an hour and the cost was half of what I would pay at any other windshield chip repair facility. Keep up the great work On a sad note, I had a hard time contacting anyone at this dealership in order to make an appointment to get this repair done. It was if the receptionist didn't know what department to transfer me too and as a result I was transferred to every department and left on hold for a total of ten minutes. If it wasn't for the fact that I got a hold of Bill Learn, I would still be on hold sitting in my coffin at the funeral parlour. More
