Love the new drive through. Would be great in bad weather. I really felt comfortable in my visit to Ed Learn Ford. I spoke to probably a half a dozen people while I was there. Her feedback was isn't it great that we are past all that now and on the other side of it. All of that although simple conversations people did make me feel comfortable. overcharging and recommended repairs that were unnecessary First they told me after an inspection my breaks were only 20 percent and should be exchanged. I decided to wait. A few months later at a different sh First they told me after an inspection my breaks were only 20 percent and should be exchanged. I decided to wait. A few months later at a different shop they said the breaks were fine with still 75 percent! I hope not too many of the other problems they discovered were unnecessary to fix... Now they charge me for bringing the vehicle in regarding a recall from Ford. Although they didn't exchange any parts yet they are charging me $75 anyways. If it was not for Ford related reasons absolutely necessary I would not bring my car there again. More
