Always great service I always have a great experience at Ed Ford Learn. We’ve purchased 2 brand new vehicles from here in the last 2 years and have continued to return for servicing. During the week there’s a long wait for oil changes, and with having a young baby, it’s too long to wait and shuttling is too much a hassle with car seats etc. So I typically go on the weekend. Unfortunately, recall service is only done during the week so having to make a arrangements is frustrating. Aside from that minor issue, we always have a great experience and will continue to go back. More
I went in to Ed Learn for my 100,000. They suggested it would take all day but it was ready early. Did not consider my assumptions. The steering was binding on my 2007 F150 which is not uncommon and is mostly caused from the steering shaft according to many studies. My suggestions The steering was binding on my 2007 F150 which is not uncommon and is mostly caused from the steering shaft according to many studies. My suggestions that it was due to the steering shaft were ignored until such time that all other steering components had been replaced at significant cost but without the desired results. With the steering still binding, the dealership reluctantly listened to me and replaced the shaft, which immediately remedied the problem. Had they listened to me in the first place, my cost would have been less than $1,000 rather than over $2,000 and they would not have had to keep my truck for two weeks. I could not prove their claims that the other components required replacement but what I do know is that after they replaced the lines and the rack and pinion my steering was still binding so they clearly were not causing the problem. Not only has this dealership lost my business but Ford has lost my trust. More

My car was falling into neutral while driving I spoke to an advisor about my car falling into neutral, who said I needed to book a diagnostic for my car. They were booking 2.5 weeks later at the earliest, and it would be $180. I called my own guy and he could do it a few days later. In the meantime, I was hitching rides to work. My dad went into the ford office to inquire. All of a sudden they could take my car that day (which I was no longer driving as it was unsafe). They completed the needed recall (that they said they would call me for when they had parts-but didn’t), and amazingly it fixed the problem for free. At the time my car was in, and I was at work, I received an text from Ed learn saying “they had my car, and would text when it was ready. And if I needed anything else to reply to text”. So I asked them to compete an oil change while they had my car (I have a 3 year old kid and don’t want to sit in the office for an hour with him). They did not complete they oil change and recommended I just drop in at a later time. More
