Schedule repair Scheduled appt for service. All day service required. Called to ensure that they had all parts needed for repair since the car will be in shop all day Scheduled appt for service. All day service required. Called to ensure that they had all parts needed for repair since the car will be in shop all day. Even when told that they had parts, at the end of the day only completed oil change and not what the major service was actually in for because they did not order the part. Leaving me to have to reschedule another appt. Other people have jobs and are busy too and it is too inconvenient to have to leave your vehicle for an entire day nevermind another day because the dealer doesn't want to pre-order parts. On a side note: staff is very friendly :) More
