I would like to give a 5 star rating to Eastside Kia and their amazing employees! Our Kia Soul which we use in Alberta, has always been serviced by Eastside Kia. Today I had another appointment with Eastside Kia and found out ,to my horror, that my “Waze GPS” did not work. I called Kia to let them know my issue and that I might be late! Employee Karla from the service department offered her help and with 3 calls and Karla on the phone I made it on time! Karla also offered to help with my phone, printed out directions to drive home and gave me one of her own snacks!!! What an outstanding service from this employee!!! I love my Kia and Eastside Kia!
