We are so pleased with the service at Eastside Kia. A year ago we decided to transfer our scheduled warranty maintenance work to Eastside from the original Kia dealership where we purchased our Sporta A year ago we decided to transfer our scheduled warranty maintenance work to Eastside from the original Kia dealership where we purchased our Sportage because we were unhappy with the service we had been receiving. We can’t believe the difference. The Eastside staff is so friendly, accommodating and professional. We highly recommend Eastside Kia. More
This has been the most stressful vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Originally ordered a car with one Kia dealership in March and that was a lot of misinformation and salespeople who didn't know wha ever experienced. Originally ordered a car with one Kia dealership in March and that was a lot of misinformation and salespeople who didn't know what they were doing. I went to Eastside Kia and there was still a long wait for the car I wanted. Instead, I purhased a used vehicle (not a Kia) from Eastside and it has been nothing but bad customer service since then (March 2022). This car has had sensor issue after sensor issue...all under warranty but a real hassle and inconvience by bringing it back time after time. In a two-month span, I was in the warranty-approved service shop 8 different times for a total of 16 days. This is not acceptable. Eastside Kia knew I was having problems but at no time did they check up on me or offer me a solution. I finally called around August 7th or 8th to ask for a meeting. I sat with 2 used car managers and they gave me a lot of talk and a few solutions...then nothing for 3 weeks. (I also found out that they called the warranty-approved dealership where I was getting my vehicle serviced to find out if I was actually in there as many times as I claimed...nervy!) I had to call back and spoke with another manager on Thursday morning of August 25th and he said he would get back to me around noon....today is almost end of day Monday August 29th and still have not heard anything from Eastside Kia. I feel they don't care if they lose me as a customer because it is not a Kia that I bought from them and I seem to be rocking the boat and I guess they don't need to work hard for customers these days...cars are walking themselves out the door. I don't recommend Eastside Kia if you are buying a car, the customer service is lacking and where there is any, it is flimsy and their sales people are not trust-worthy. More

The dealership was opened and realistic in sales, finance, wait time, eventual delivery and after delivery follow up. Overall, it was a great experience. More
