Customer service in the service department is very good. They were very very busy but the car was finished in a timely fashion. However a couple of bulbs were not replaced (I checked upon pick up).(That's They were very very busy but the car was finished in a timely fashion. However a couple of bulbs were not replaced (I checked upon pick up).(That's why 4 stars). They took the car right into the shop and replaced them both. But I've used them since I bought my first Kia in 2011 and am generally happy with them. More
