This dealership has continued to call me for servicing since I left my last review. This is ridiculous. All they want is your money for very little - nothing in return. Greed as well as incompetenc since I left my last review. This is ridiculous. All they want is your money for very little - nothing in return. Greed as well as incompetence best describe them. They couldn't even come by the owner's manual for me - the owner's manual that should have come with my vehicle from the get go unless, of course, I was told anything different, which I was not. Go here if you want a clearance / as-is-type of vehicle that isn't even marked, well, as being on clearance / as-is. Devin B., owner of a so called used 2020 Chevrolet Impala Premier. More

These w The last time I visited this dealership was in the latter stages of the Summer of 2023, over some unresolved issues with my vehicle. These were, namely, tire pressure sensors giving me indications on my vehicle's instrument panel that numerous innertubes were underinflated yet, just as I've incurred several punctures to several of them, they so rarely reflect the actual leaks. Also, my vehicle frequently does not lock upon turning it off and vacating it, to the extent that I've often had to repeatedly turn it on, then off, until it does so. At the end of this visit, I was ripped off via having been charged a service / diagnostic fee of $79.99 which yielded absolutely no results. These have been persistent issues since I purchased this vehicle yet, because the indications on its instrument panel did not happen to be going off on the very day I returned here, they told me I would have to return when they were in effect. Again, Carl told me he could come by a new battery for the first fob I was given over a year ago, but, over a year later, I've received absolutely zero related follow-up from them. I was never certain if my used vehicle had come with a physical owner's manual, so I mentioned that to Carl, who subsequently said he'd look into that but, again, I was left hanging. Communication between various staff here is poor, and / or they just hope you'll forget about their negligence and return, giving them even more money for few - no results. Last Summer, they called me several times reminding me that my vehicle was due for servicing, despite my numerous complaints, to which I replied by way of saying I had no reason to return to a dealership giving me false promises, no results, etc. Several times, one party has told me they'll relay my complaints to another one, yet I received no related follow-up whatsoever. Clearly, they just don't want to deal with anything that will cost them time and money. In the past few weeks, I was needled with an E-Mail reminding me that my vehicle was due for servicing. After all of this, really? They really don't care here. It's frequently a matter of one party pawning of your complaints, issues, etc. to another. Often, you'll never even hear back unless and until you stay on them. Do not go here and if you've already purchased a vehicle from them. I'd strongly suggest going elsewhere for servicing. More recently, I've been frequenting smaller, family-operated garages for maintenance and repair-related work and, am finding most of those I've been too be far more honest as well as capable of carrying-out most - all of the servicing my vehicle requires at better prices. From the get go, they seemed to hope I wouldn't notice that my vehicle's fourth floor mat was absent. What they do care about here, forever, is that you'll just forget about their lack of diligence and return. I'd take their use of the term "certified pre-owned" with a proverbial grain of salt. You can expect to be charged top dollar for little - nothing in your vehicle's level of reliability, the quality of their service, etc. Devin B., owner of a 2020 "certified pre-owned" Chevrolet Impala Premier. After signing all the papers the manager Atiff and the used car manager went back on their word and beat me up a few more thousand dollars. Buyers beware! I would of left without the new vehicle if it wouldn’t of disappointed my wife so much. The two managers are down right xxxx and liars. More

I forgot to mention that that second receptionist, customer service agent or whoever she was, referred to me as "Buddy", near the end of our discussion. I'm not convinced we're buddies, even if th customer service agent or whoever she was, referred to me as "Buddy", near the end of our discussion. I'm not convinced we're buddies, even if the issues previously mentioned were not of her doing, although the very idea of me spending more money here is absurd. I'm pretty sure thatvwas the same woman who'd attempted to get me to bring my vehicle back in here for servicing. It'd sure would have been nice if they could have offered to just ship the set of replacement floor mats directly to my residence, along with the second faub and replacement battery for the first one. Again, these were things I'd repeatedly had to press Carl for. I guess they didn't want to spend the money, especially on a whole new set of floor mats. Anyhow, I went out and purchased my own, off of ebay, to be specific. It also sure would have been nice to learn whether [ or not ] this vehicle ever came with a physical owner's manual and if so, get me a replacement copy. Again, just to be clear, these were all things missing which I was never informed of. They excel at praying on what you don't know, don't realize, etc. I think I'll go through other text messages Carl and I'd exchanged and even post more issues with this dealership if applicable. I'm still waiting to hear about the new battery for the one faub I was given. If you've already purchased a vehicle from here, do not return for servicing, even if you live right across the street. Do not trust anything about them. Devin B., owner of the "certified 'as-is' 2020 Chevrolet Impala Premier." More
Buyers beware. I revisited my text-based correspondences with Carl. Pursuant to my prior reviews, back on February 2nd, Carl told me he was awaiting word fr I revisited my text-based correspondences with Carl. Pursuant to my prior reviews, back on February 2nd, Carl told me he was awaiting word from Demetre concerning the owner's manual. There's been no related follow-up since then. I presume he was just hoping I'd forget, in the typical fsshion of this dealership. It's very hard to reach the right person to talk to, as well, with receptionists constantly pawning you off to other people and so forth, placing you on hold, etc. I now think that that was absolutely rotten of some receptionist-type of person to have basically said "Leave it with me", albeit in her own words, at least two weeks ago now. There has still been zero follow-up. There was yet some other electrical issue with the car wherein at times, after having turned it off, I'd lock the doors via the button by the driver's side's door handle, yet as soon as I vacated it and closed the door, all doors would revert to being unlocked. This isn't even to mention yet another problem I believe pertains to a tire pressure sensor, in which the panel gave me an indication that the front-right tire was underinflated. I topped it up with air, yet the indication still persisted for some time prior to going off on a rather sporadic basis. The bizarre element here is that, presumably, after this indication first went on, I'd managed to puncture another tire yet, the panel neglected to manifest an indication specific to the one with the leak. These reasons, among everything else I've listed in my other reviews, are why you should not trust hese guys ( and gals ) . They're dishonest and money hungry. I found it quite insulting to have been reminded twice, up to and including to have had someone attempt to beckon me back there for a routine servicing appointment, when they charged me over $30, 000.00 for this vehicle yet, clearly, never properly serviced it. My car is now at 87, 694 Km., which voids all warranties / servicing agreements. This place just takes your money for little-nothing beyond inconveniencing you in return, then attempts to take even more money. If you stand a chance at getting responses from them, be ready to devote a great deal of time leaving poor reviews here and calling them over and over and over again. Carl had never had any real, substantial answers as to why so many things seemed to have been missed during this vehicle's initial servicing but, it did feel very strongly as if they wanted me to collect it only days after the prior owner had sold it to them / left it on there lot. I'd also wanted to mention that, Mitch, whose no longer here, also got very pissy with me when I'd broached the prospect of touching-base with a consumer protection agency as to step in and get this deale here, also got very pissy with me when I'd broached the prospect of touching-base with a consumer protection agency as to step in and get this dealership to resolve the issues with my vehicle once-and-for-all. I think that was horrible, as that was only in the past few months, and there'd been issues lingering from a shoddy job at servicing my vehicle, which I'd picked up on December 17th of last year, as in 2022. Communication with clients here is exceptionally poor, as is communication among staff. They're all of sneaky, greedy and rude here, not to mention predatory, hoping you'll overlook the issues with your vehicle which they had, and subsequently just forget about them. Again, Carl had no issue pestering me about cancelling that 1-month, free trial of car-based internet, while making no mention of all issues their mechanics had overlooked, missing accessories and so forth. Only naturally, my frustration has turned to anger by now. Look into other peoples' reviews carefully before goung here. Again, I had told Mitch there'd be no hurry on their end in getting my car back - after he said they'd make arrangements to get me a loner vehicle while they were supposed to be ( properly ) servicing my ca in getting my car back - after he said they'd make arrangements to get me a loner vehicle while they were supposed to be ( properly ) servicing my car. When we did speak again, he got rather annoyed with me, and I'm guessing having cited him in yet another negative review on this website played into it, but in his irritated tone, he told me I'd just said there was no hurry in getting my car back in there, which was all of spurious and outlandish. I was at least very lucky to have made it to work before I was unable to start my vehicle that Sunday. But wow, what a thing to say to a customer, not to mention his angry tone, in light of this dealership's past patterns of negligence, which are also clearly evidenced by the strong variety of other clients' ( and former clients' ) negative reviews of them. Does the right hand at this place not know what the left hand is doing, and vice versa? The communication among the dealership's staff is clearly poor. What really compounded all of this, on a more recent basis, was the second phone call from some receptionist not only reminding me that my car was due for complete servicing but asking me when I wanted to book an appointment. What a joke! Again, they charged me top dollar for this vehicle, and I've now long been left wondering what I've been paying for. Were these two receptionists, customer service agents or whatever their titles so out-of-the-loop, be it through their own fault or no fault of their own that they were never even detailed to the neglicence of this dealership's mechanics, those in sales, etc. or, alternatively, had they too thought they could pull fast ones on me? I don't know, but do not trust anyone here. -Devin B., owner of a 2020 Chevrolet Impala, sold to me by Carl and Dmitri. More
