It seems as if some of my "older reviews" of this dealership, as in those from earlier this year, have disappeared, so I'll repost them. Anyways, if you're putting any level of consideration i dealership, as in those from earlier this year, have disappeared, so I'll repost them. Anyways, if you're putting any level of consideration into merely visiting this dealership, my advice is "Stay away." There's a pattern of them saying they'll follow-up with you about various issues pertaining to your vehicle / purchase, which rarely happens unless and until, you post reviews here. After purchasing a "certified, pre-owned" 2020 Chevrolet Impala Premier that only came with one faub ( with a weak battery ) and no related mention of that being made, Carl told me he'd "try" and get me a new one. That's awful. Just as the used car market is as hot as it's been, they charged me top dollar for this vehicle. I had to press them over and over and over again to get me a replacement floor mat, with them similarly never having made any mention of the missing one. The car's been rife with electrical problems, such as just about all of its interior and exterior lights remaining on for several minutes after having locked it, which has even necessitated me having to return to it, start it back up as to "reset" it, then turn it back off. The gas gauge has even fluctuated upwards - showing me the tank has more fuel than it had the last time I used it - and consistently so even when driving on level ground. I've stringently and rigorously checked all of its lights before leaving it yet, once, after returning to it, it wouldn't start, I'd had to get a technician affiliated with C.A.A. to give me a jump start, and he told me I'd have to determine what was draining the battery. This isn't to mention how strong the likelihood of their mechanics missing the very issues you contact the dealership over when you return for the second time, third time, etc., as they were missed before. While, to be fair, there could be insurance-related implications to a sold vehicle lingering excessively on a dealer's lot, I had noticed Carl was in quite the hurry for me to collect my own; I now presume every party involved was in such a rush for me to pick it up that all of these issues were overlooked when it was being "serviced." There'd been several indications on the panel that might well have been faulty, such as a tire pressure sensor that doesn't appear to work properly, one indicating that its alarm system required servicing - only months after purchasing it. It seems rather early in game for so much to be going wrong so, I strongly suspect that, given how much of a rush they were in for me to collect it and how negligent they are over following-up over issues, this vehicle already had these problems when the prior owner sold it to them. Mitch Cadesky, who told me he'd be taking over my case ( and also told me just how many years he'd garnered in the industry ) , told me he'd be in-touch with me within two days of our conversation; That was on a Tuesday; I never heard back from him or anyone from the dealership, with any related communication, until the following Monday - after I'd posted yet another negative review that weekend. They really seem to hope you'll forget about anything that will run them space, time and, subsequently, money. They're horrible around communication, clearly. Mitch had told me that when I was to return, on a pre-arranged time and date, I should bring in a list of every issue I'd experienced with my, well, I'll call it an "As-is", 2020 Chevrolet Impala Premier and that he'd make arrangements to get me a loner vehicle while the mechanics were to check my own through-and-through to which, at that point, I told him there'd be no rush as if anything, provided that I was with reliable transportation, I'd hope they'd do a far more thorough job at servicing my vehicle. This never happened, but I did detect a ratger strong hint of attitude towards me in his voice the next time we spoke. More
When I had spoken to Mitch for tge second time and mentioned I was supposed to have heard back from him within two days post-the first time we spoke, in his irritated voice, minus tge denial, he sa mentioned I was supposed to have heard back from him within two days post-the first time we spoke, in his irritated voice, minus tge denial, he said he'd become busy. What kind of a way to talk to a client is that, especially in the aftermath of one already been giving these false promises over follow-up service appointments ( which should have been designed at remedying their vehicle's issues once-and-for-all ) . I was just supposed to allow him the time he needed to contact mevat his convenience when he pleased, if he pleased, with no guarantee that my vehicle would continue to start? He must have been incompetent to, and am doubtful he invested much time in looking into any of the records pertaining to my car, the correspondence I'd previously initiated with Dmitri and Carl, namely, to which I rarely got any follow-up ( and when I did, it was primarily because I'd had to stay on, and on and on them. If he truly forgot, I'd personally have just admitted it and apologized. Even if they'd come to be unusually, he, Carl or anyone could have just told me to bring in my vehicle, pick up a loner as to not inconvenience me which they all had, of course, including with my perfectly valid concern that this vehicle might not have started one morning, as I don't work anywhere remotely close to where I live. Anyways, clearly, he too must have been far more concerned with endeavors profitable, such as selling other vehicles and servicing those belonging to customers legitimately on the hook for such expenses that had been properly serviced from the very beggining and were only due for their routine appointments. This was the very same person who told me to leave my vehicle's case with him. Devin B., owner of a dud Chevrolet Impala Premier from 2020. More
Well, as an addendum to my last review, as per those two calls I got reminding that my vehicle was due for servicing, in all fairness, the first one did not extend anywhere beyond that. By contrast, two calls I got reminding that my vehicle was due for servicing, in all fairness, the first one did not extend anywhere beyond that. By contrast, the one I'd recieved the next day - a Thursday - came as a real slap in the face. I found the mere idea that I should be retaining this dealership to service my vehicle quite insulting, considering that they don't really seem to service vehicles. Whoever it was who called me the second day told me they'd look into my case after I questioned just why I'd return here after having described every other person' negligence towards my vehicle and I. That was some time ago now and again, I have yet to recieve a response and if I even do, I'll presume my more recent, negative reviews engendered it. Carl couldn't even let me know if this style and model of year came with a physical owner's manual and if it did, I'm still waiting on one. Avoid this place like the plague. Their communication among one another as well as with customers is horrendous to some level unprecedented, not to mention the degree to which they assume we'll just forget about defects in our vehicles, will just give up if they avoid and / or just cease responding to us, in an attempt to cut corners and costs, presumably. There does exist something rather telling over the fashion in which numerous other peoples' reviews on this website, which are far older than the ones I'd posted, up-to-and-including being years old fashion in which numerous other peoples' reviews on this website, which are far older than the ones I'd posted, up-to-and-including being years older, yet don't relay experiences negative to the extent that my own had, are still present, whereas several my own seem to have disappeared, most of which were composed in the early stages of this year - really not that long ago to date. O.k. My 2020 Chevrolet Impala Premier had also come with a 1-month, free trial of car-based internet. While I was not aware of it upon collecting my vehicle, Carl contacted me as to inform me of it, enquire as to whether [ or not ] I'd cared to utilize it. I was not home when he called, but said I didn't require it as I already have internet where I live and on my phone. That he'd call me about this when I was already waiting to hear back from him, maybe even Dmitri too, about several of the issues with my vehicle I'd broached in prior reviews on this website, without making any mention of them, really blew my mind and functioned as nothing less than another turn off concerning this dealership and its staff, him included. I presume this free trial of car-based internet was some unnecessary expense to the dealership in instances wherein it was undesired / not required by the dealership. Anyways, to cancel it, I had to press some button on my vehicle's interior's rear view mirror as to personally speak to some customer service agent, who would in turn initiate its cancellation. Not only did I not hurry to get this done but, I just didn't do it. Really? I was going to advance some process likely aimed at saving them from incurring unneeded expenses, "on the double", when I was driving a vehicle that still continued to creak ( since taking it in for a follow-up app't ) , was waiting to hear about a missing floor mat, that secondary faub, a new battery for the one I was given, maybe even at least one electrical problem, whether ( or not ) this vehicle had come with a physical owner's manual, etc. What a joke. No was ever made of any of those issues, my requests, etc. The best response I ever got over that floor mat and / or the missing faub was that he'd "try." This is completely ridiculous, as this vehicle was sold to me for over $30, 000.00, and that-much-more than the initial price as we'd agreed I'd finance it. Anyways, I never bothered to cancel this trial service, and he continually needled me with related phone calls over, and over, and over again, most of which ( or maybe even all of which ) I'd neglected to answer. I almost thought Mitch was trying to big himself up to at least some degree, telling me how many years of experience in this industry he'd had, to leave matters with him, etc., and I now don't even believe he would have contacted me 4-5-days late, at all, had I not left a negative review citing his name the weekend which followed the Tuesday on which we spoke. Stay Away, Devin B., owner of a defective 2020 Chevrolet Impala Premier. More

The last time I recieved any communication from my It's an absolute scam, with constant, false promises of follow-up phone calls and the like. The last time I recieved any communication from my salesman, Carl, was on May 15th, saying he could book me back in for servicing with his new manager. Nothing since from him and I was sold a dud. Some receptionists had the nerve to contact me to remind me that my car was since due for servicing, yet it was never properly serviced by them from the beggining, leaving me wondering why I'd be paying them to remedy issues they missed. The manager Mitch Cadesky, who is no longer there but apparently at one "Serpa Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram" came off as an absolute cheap jerk, getting mad at me when I never heard back from him re. getting my car back in there as to fix everything the G.M.C.'s mechanics missed several times over, within the two days he said he would, with no related communication. They've really only ever responded to me when I've left negative reviews here, this year. If anyone knows where the former manager Dmitri is, stay away from tgere, too. More
Absolutely avoid this dealership. Their markup is atrocious and takes advantage of customer ignorance. The staff are extremely condescending and rude, and will make you uncomfortable. Their markup is atrocious and takes advantage of customer ignorance. The staff are extremely condescending and rude, and will make you uncomfortable. They will tell you to calm down after they escalate a situation then gaslight you into thinking they're the victim. I am eagerly awaiting the day car companies can sell directly to consumers so that we can make dealerships like these obsolete. More

They posted a price on the website $71,843 and they have changed the price for the day after $75,843. What’s wrong with that? The saler man offer me $1000 for discount and send a quote to my email with the price $73,343 while the price on their website is only $71,843 at the same time. It was not matching. And today he texted me and gave me $2000 for discount and the price changed $75,000. Beware guys don’t get there to get the Big Trap More

It only came with one faub, with no mention on their end of why and if they'd make an effort to get me a second one. Its battery was dying as it is. The car proceeded to make a creaking sound when turning the steering wheel within the first week after buying ut. It only came with 3/4-of the floor mats, which I was never informed of. It was me who was contacting them about these issues and I'd frequently never even hear back unless I stayed on and on and on them. Several times, they said they'd get back to me and it never happened. They're sleezy. They just seem to hope you forget about anything that will cost them time and money. A component of the driver's side's door handle recently broke off in the cold, but I didn't even bother contacting them about it. This car's a piece of junk. Devin B., Etobicoke, Toronto, Ontario.
