I bought a 2018 silverado. Things went bad from then to now. Truck was to be ready on Monday but was postponed to Wednesday. Waited 3 hours for the new plates and they never got them. They gave me a dealer plate and I had to return it the next day and I waited another hour for them to put on my plates. I had to go back 1 week later to get the splash guards installed , another hour and a half. Said my first service was free for there screw up. They would not honor it when I brought the truck back for its first free oil change. Then they told me that the truck needs a front-end alignment. After 3 months of me owning the truck. There were other issues but as a first time dealing with a dealership I thought were small and didn't I didn't give it much thought. But after thinking about all this I would never buy a wagon from these people let alone another vehicle. I love my silverado and have no regrets on buying the truck but now it still needs an alignment. I will take my business to elsewhere. More

I signed a contract to purchase a new car. On the contract it says distance travelled is 150km. However, when the car arrives it has 473km on the vehicle. Tried to book a test drive during Covid, was told someone would pick me up due to my situation and that the test drive was booked for 2:00 pm. On the day of 1 hour before the test drive I contacted the sales would pick me up due to my situation and that the test drive was booked for 2:00 pm. On the day of 1 hour before the test drive I contacted the sales person who informed they can no longer pick me up but would look into it. They didn't get back to me until 5:00 pm only to tell me I have to find my own way there but they have the vehicle ready and waiting. Unfortunately I didn't have a working car at the time which I informed them previously. Not sure why they couldn't tell me this ahead of time instead of wasting my day waiting on a response if they knew they couldn't follow through. We agreed then when I have a working car I can come back in, unfortunately if I have a working car then I don't need a new car. More

Went back after not hearing from them for 2 weeks they said they lost the pictures and they had to take them again. After all that they said none of the scratches and dents are covered. Long story short, Never buy the first Canadian auto guard package and honesly wouldn’t recommend purchasing any other packages. More
