The day I went to see the 2012 Equinox, the sales person (Named Rahul Arora) gave me a price including everything and requested to put some money down for deposit (Conditional money, and they mentioned even (Named Rahul Arora) gave me a price including everything and requested to put some money down for deposit (Conditional money, and they mentioned even if I cancel the deal after sign, they will give me my money back), then they gave me a paper to sign for credit approval and mentioned that nothing is final. When I went back next day they said my vehicle is ready. I didn't even choose the color (and they are saying the vehicle is ready). Worst part is they were saying the final price they gave me is after $2000 money down. It was total a total mess. Rahul was new employed in this dealership and didn't know anything about chevrolet (promotions, features etc). And the Manager was very rude when I requested for $200 money back. I would never recommend this dealer. They didn't give my money back. Never never go to this dealer. I will see if I can go to the court. More

On Oct 14, 2011, I had all the intentions of buying a 2012 Equinox LT2 and was dealing with Mr. Drago Galenic. Suddenly, one of the sales persons, Mr. Nick Nicolopoulos jumped in and started shouting tha 2012 Equinox LT2 and was dealing with Mr. Drago Galenic. Suddenly, one of the sales persons, Mr. Nick Nicolopoulos jumped in and started shouting that I should be lucky not to have come to him. He had no business and I had been very polite. First I thought he could be some manager or so. There was a point that I was getting out of the door deciding not to buy anything even for free from this dealership. Then Mr. Drago and Mr. Rafi, gentlemen talked to me. I was expecting that they should have kicked that person out of the job and they should have been more pro-active in handling the situation and asked Nick to get out of the door and not to speak any thinkg when I was not dealing with him. I have decided to buy from this dealership only after seeing any action being taken against the erring sales person. If the premises have camera, probably everything can be viewed. Kamal More
