I had a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville for and servicd it with Eddie for years. When it came time to purchase another vehicle he referred me to Jasmin in the Sales Department. Their technicians are really unprofessional. Once, they forgot to do the tire rotation after charged me. Second, they overfilled my engine and caused the engine lost power and got high RPM. When I bought the car, the finance guy tried to sell me a FCPP warranty as GM warranty. When I asked them to cancel one insurance, they just lied to me and caused I could not cancel it by myself because it i FCPP warranty as GM warranty. Worst experience ever! This originally very well driven car from Quebec with very responsive brakes on highways has lost its normal braking after a “safe test” and brake work at Eastside GMC dealership wit car from Quebec with very responsive brakes on highways has lost its normal braking after a “safe test” and brake work at Eastside GMC dealership with two visits on June 21st 2013. I lost trust on this dealership that couldn’t even do brake work properly that I expected on a GMC dealer. It’s even absurd to put customer on road in an unsafe car after a safety test plus two visits. After three weeks of dangerous road situations, I drove this car to another GMC dealership with much better Google reviews, and it turned out that the rear brake cylinder was seeping out fluid and air got into the system. As a dealership who can’t even do brake work properly on a 2007 base model Chevy Cobalt, they should refund me the 1016.37 dollars, due to their lack of responsibility of customer’s safety and professionalism of their work. For the sake of my car’s safety, I feel extremely uneasy to put my car back into their garage again. Termination of business relationship with full refund that covers diagnosis and repair fees is necessary. More
I had some warranty work done just after driving off the lot I noticed a wobble in my steering brought it back after my trip they wanted me to pay them to look at it so I took it to another mechanic he said lot I noticed a wobble in my steering brought it back after my trip they wanted me to pay them to look at it so I took it to another mechanic he said the only way the belts in both tires would go at the same time is mechanic error when I talked to them about it the basically said I don't know what I am talking about then they offered to install new tires for free if I had purchased them when most places will install them for free when you buy them anyways essentially making me out to be an idiot. As per inquiry on phone with Rafi of Eastside Chevrolet, I agreed to cancel the extended warranty bought from FCPP. I will accept the IPAD that I want on Friday, May 18th, 2102. The day I went to see the 2012 Equinox, the sales person (Named Rahul Arora) gave me a price including everything and requested to put some money down for deposit (Conditional money, and they mentioned even (Named Rahul Arora) gave me a price including everything and requested to put some money down for deposit (Conditional money, and they mentioned even if I cancel the deal after sign, they will give me my money back), then they gave me a paper to sign for credit approval and mentioned that nothing is final. When I went back next day they said my vehicle is ready. I didn't even choose the color (and they are saying the vehicle is ready). Worst part is they were saying the final price they gave me is after $2000 money down. It was total a total mess. Rahul was new employed in this dealership and didn't know anything about chevrolet (promotions, features etc). And the Manager was very rude when I requested for $200 money back. I would never recommend this dealer. They didn't give my money back. Never never go to this dealer. I will see if I can go to the court. More
I have purchased serviced many trucks before, I have never had the kind of customer service that I got when dealing with Eddie. I own a construction company and understand what it means to be attentive never had the kind of customer service that I got when dealing with Eddie. I own a construction company and understand what it means to be attentive to someones needs and everytime I have dealt with him I had nothing but good service regardless of the issue. In the past i would never go to a dealer for service for anything but after my experience with Eddie i will always bring my truck to your dealership for any problems I have. He truly knows what it means to be customer service oriented and should be highly commended for that. More
