Awesome and Honest Service I was eery about getting another vehicle simply because the last dealership I dealt with was not as great. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and explained what was happening with my car very thoroughly yet efficiently. i felt she was genuinely engaged and upbeat and I felt good from the whole exchange. They guys at the parts desk and the mechanic were really helpful too. On the other hand, in the past I have found other service staff to be disorganized and a bit standoffish, like they don't like their jobs that much. it seems that there is poor communication between departments, and I question whether things are written down, as different staff seemed to have different files /records for my requests. The phones would seen to be the least efficient department - getting redirected around, calls dropping, information getting lost etc. I just got the sense that the company is too big and unwieldy, or something is lost in the communications within/between departments. But anyway, that was the past. My experience yesterday was great. Thanks Wanda and team. More

I always liked Wanda's smile and friendliness every time I'd come for an oil change so I didn't really believed her when she said my brand new Jeep wa I always liked Wanda's smile and friendliness every time I'd come for an oil change so I didn't really believed her when she said my brand new Jeep was damaged by one of the staff. This was after Christmas 2014. I thought she was joking but there it was. It was Saturday afternoon and so everybody went home and I couldn't leave it there for them to fix it because I have to go back in Grande Prairie the next day. And so she referred me to Bob Gifford, the Service Manager, to coordinate with me on how they are going to compensate for the damage since they can't fix it themselves. Back in Grande Prairie, Bob was prompt at calling me the following Monday and asked what's going on and how they can help. I went through two different body shop for an estimate and finally decided on one. After a month of communicating back and forth, my Jeep was fixed within 3 days and I was provided a rental car all for free which was very nice of Eastside Dodge. Bob was very patient and considerate under the circumstances. I am one very satisfied customer. Thank you Bob..Thank you Eastside Dodge Calgary!! More

They were so patient and polite with us when we were deciding over a week on the purchase of our Chrysler SRT8 - these 3 individuals, especially Darrin Bachmeier, are extraordinary everyone would wish to have a business with! We were pleased to have them to look after us, understand our needs and financial situation and they made the best solution for us which helped us to purchase the vehicle. Darrin made a special video of the car only for us - so considerate and kind. He cared about us, what is the best for us first and least just to sell the vehicle. He was there when we needed to talk to him or see him - always available. He cares about his customers in every way he can. Exceptional customer service, soft skills and so intelligent! I did my homework by going to other deale I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Sahara Wrangler through Derek. This was my first new vehicle since my Jeep YJ. I did my homework by going to other dealerships but found Derek's experience, professionalism and approach to my specific needs just what I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me into anything else. It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I did not take possession of my Jeep for another 3 and a half weeks after the purchase because of modifications I wanted and Derek was there through the entire process, ensuring that I was getting exactly what I wanted. To say that he went above and beyond would be putting it mildly. My entire experience with Eastside Dodge was fantastic!!! From the friendly greetings I received when I first entered the showroom to my warranty and financial options being fully and clearly explained to me by Allan Wong. Paul Young from Parts took the time to explain the different options I had for modifying my jeep to my specific taste and Win de la Vega was the gentleman from service who transformed my Jeep to work of art that it is now. He went above and beyond to get my exact wants and still stay on budget. I never once felt pressured at all during the sale of the vehicle and whenever I would email he would be prompt on getting back to me as soon as he could, which was usually within 15 mins. overall really friendly guy and knows his stuff, would highly recommend him to anyone else! Ricardo has always provided us with exactly what we are looking in a vehicle and has never tried to over sell us. He has always been very courteous and prompt on getting back to us; Eastside is very lucky to have such a wonderful sales rep! We were directed to two finance advisers (Derek and Mike). Derek was very friendly, and very thorough in making sure we had all the information required to make financing possible. Mike has been absolutely amazing he made sure all of our financing went through and at a great rate for us! Mike made coming in to sign our paper work very easy as he was very accommodating to my schedule (another great asset to your team). I was however not overly impressed with the lack in customer service from the girls sitting at reception. We had a car starter installed and Ricardo had arranged for me to have a courtesy vehicle while this was being done; I dropped my van off at 5pm on Jan.26 2015 and there were three girls at the desk (unsure of names) when I went in and singed for the courtesy vehicle. Once I had the paper signed I asked where the vehicle was parked " Yeah it should just be out front somewhere" was what I was told as she waved her hand in the general direction. Clearly they had no clue where it was parked and were more concerned about a conversation the three of them were having. Lucky for me there was a very kind gentleman employee (again cannot remember the name)that was standing there who came out to try and find the vehicle with me. The vehicle was not out front and he advised me to wait inside while he went to find it. He was gone for quite few minutes before he came back with it. He was also very wonderful and polite. Stay away We purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April. We dealt with the salesperson named Joseph who's picture isn't there anymore unfortunately. (Which m We purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April. We dealt with the salesperson named Joseph who's picture isn't there anymore unfortunately. (Which may be a good thing for my blood pressure) Neither of us had ever purchased a newer vehicle with financing before and the Jeep was our dream vehicle. We were told by Joseph that we'd receive a however many point inspection, 3 months free of the satellite radio, free oil change among other things which never happened. I'm fine with the little extras that never panned out. The big problem is the second day we had it off the lot the power steering fluid started leaking out. Took it in right away and they kept it for 2 days. They didn't return our phone calls after leaving numerous messages just asking for an eta as this was our only vehicle. Then in June we took the vehicle on a road trip and on the way there the windshield washer on the passenger side quit working and this vibrating sound started under the dash. We took it into a dealership in Manitoba and they would of had to kept it for the day. We couldn't be without a vehicle as we were on a mini vacation and had a lot of family to visit and they agreed if would be ok until we returned home. Got it home and of course none of this was covered by this so called amazing warranty. So there was $400 we had to dish out for a vehicle we hadn't had for 2 months. Plus they had no idea how to fix the vibrating sound. Then last week driving home from work it would not shift out of 4th gear and the vehichle stalled. So again we took it into a dodge/jeep dealership. Not eastside but another and they just called to tell me that the R&R valve body and the solenoid pack need to be replaced and that is going to cost $970 plus the $150 to diagnosis it. Plus several fluids need to be flushed and replaced. So we'd have to dish out over $1500 in repairs to a vehicle that we haven't even had for a year. I know most people don't pay attention to reviews like this (I never did) but if we can save a few people from having the same experience as us then it makes writing this worth it. Sure am regretting not getting that extended warranty that the finance guy I believe his name was Danny talked us out of. I've steered 2 family members and a friend away from this dealership and hope you will do the same. After the dealership caught wind of this review they did reach out to us and did ask that we bring the vehichle in for an inspection. They were kind enough to loan us a courtesy vehicle while they took a look. We faxed them the estimate that we received. They did a what I believe they called an 84 point inspection. Called to tell us that the vehichle was fine with no mention of anything that was recommended by crowfoot dodge for the solenoid pack etc. Eastside however did say that the water pump needed to be replaced and also something with the thermostat and filter.Which according to the paperwork was replaced. They also stated that a few other things needed checking Then when we went to pick up the vehichle the cashier advised that the total due was $104 and I asked I don't understand what for? To which he replied I'm just the cashier here. And rattled off a bunch of stuff off the invoice. I asked if I could look it over first to which he let out a sigh and and walked away saying You let me know when you're ready. We called back to the dealership for clarification to which we received a voicemail saying it was deductible. Then we received an email from the dealership asking to update our review and asking if we would consider giving them more stars which I can't and would like to remove stars for friendliness from our dealings with the I'm only the cashier sighing guy. I don't know who to believe at this point considering this started with recommendations from another dodge/jeep dealership. More
