Extremely rude We are in the market for a new truck and headed to eastside. We were treated rudely, the guy didn't even smile. We just walked out and will not be going to this location again. We walked in told him our requirements and he didn't understand and basically told us that we should leave and come back with more money. I understand you are located in Marlborough but fix your attitude. Also the icing on the cake, I had called to book an appointment in the morning and once I got to the dealership I was told that no one by the name I was given worked there. Trolled!!! However we headed down to CMP next door and were given much better customer service and a smile. More

But I found a scratch on delivery that delayed things so I had to come back for the car later, then I found the owners manual missing and had to go back again, then I noticed the cargo cover was missing and I had to go back twice (first time Alexandra said it wasn't included and I'd have to pay extra but then I txted Derek and he got it sorted out as soon as he was back in the office).
