Do they really care? I have purchased two new Dodge vehicles in the past two years. I started each time with Eastside Dodge (biggest mistake). They were unwilling to negot I have purchased two new Dodge vehicles in the past two years. I started each time with Eastside Dodge (biggest mistake). They were unwilling to negotiate in the same fashion as other dealers. We have brought our vehicle in for service a few times and they have been rude there as well. It is amazing that this place is still in business. When picking up my vehicle from an oil change, I was told to get my vehicle which was blocked in by two other vehicles. I went back into the Cashier (Wakefield Brewster) who said, that's not my job, go speak with Service (Karen Rothwell). Service then sends me back saying that they can't help. What a mess no one seems to know who does what and just points fingers. I would definatly go to Varsity Chrysler or Airdrie Dodge, DON"T WASTE your time at this dealership. More
