As I was looking for a brand new Ram truck, and had a couple of specific wishes for options and features, I started emailing a couple of dealerships and asked them very specific questions about the trucks they could deliver. All sales representatives of the other dealerships had a very aggressive approach. None of my questions got answered and I felt like all they wanted to do is sell sell sell. Very impersonal. With that kind of attitude you lost me instantly as a potential customer. It felt like it would going to be tough to find the perfect truck that matches what I was looking for. Until I got in touch with salesman Justin Queiroga from Eastside Dodge. Justin actually took the time to answer all of my questions and paid attention to what I was looking for. Justin always replied swiftly and in a way a customer likes to be treated. After the testdrive everything went fast and smooth. Justin and Derek guided us through the whole purchasing process, which is also very nice if, as a newcomer, you are not used to the way things work in Canada. Now I own the truck of my dreams which has everything I was looking for. Justin, Derek, Alexandra, thank you very much! I have had a very pleasant experience with Eastside Dodge and I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. This dealership strives for high customer satisfaction. Great Deal & Great Service - Loaded 1500 Sport I sent an inquiry online late at night about the vehicle I wanted, and early the next morning received a call from Jake who was eager to help me out, I sent an inquiry online late at night about the vehicle I wanted, and early the next morning received a call from Jake who was eager to help me out, and he did much more than I could have asked for. I had a set budget, and time frame to buy a fully loaded truck, and have it registered to Ontario. Given that this was such a peculiar circumstance, I questioned whether it could be done. But Jake made it happen and made me feel confident throughout that everything would be taken care of. He made sure that I got everything that I wanted in the truck, and noted that a customer shouldn't have to sacrifice the things they want to get the deal they want. He was clear and upfront with pricing and options, and got me a great deal on a fully loaded sport edition. I would strongly recommend both Jake and the dealership, as they have the best selection, offered the best price, and had great service. I can say all these things with great confidence as I shopped around for this truck for months, and dealt with many different dealers. Go in and check them out! More
