We waited about 45 minutes and only received attention when I loudly said to my wife that I guess they don't want my $30,000. Instant service. We wanted to order accessories and have them installed. The rep behind the desk lied to us about not carrying something that was on the website. We caught on to the lie as not only was the product on their website, there were two right behind him. He eventually refused to take our order and told us to come back on Monday to see Mike. We supplied a personal cheque as we were told by Dean the finance guy we could because he trusted us. The finance guy that was helping out came outside to publicly advise us that we had brought a personal cheque when it should be certified or a bank draft. When I replied that Dean had authorized this, he expressed disbelief. I asked if Dean would right this down? He looked at the folder he held and said oh, you must have good credit. I told him they better not know as we have paid cash for our last two trucks. We got our new truck, the detailing was not done. We arranged for the accessories to be installed and the detailing completed. The sales guy said that it would take about 3 hours and that he would arrange the shuttle. On arrival Mike, gave me an unbelieving look when I explained the time frame we had been given. There was no shuttle arranged. No one from parts provided me a completion time frame. That was left to the shuttle driver, who was a very nice gentleman. During this experience, nothing has been done as per the information that we have been given nor as agreed except the price and pickup date/time. I don't feel the love from the dealership at this time. I find the fact that the staff not only make me aware of how they can't do something because of someone else's issue, but they also seem to try to make their problem into my problem. A customer should never know a business' or department's challenges. In future, I will be looking for a dealership which lives up to it's employees commitments, by putting their customer's needs before their own. Parts guy might be upset but he needs to know that he should focus on the needs of the business that employs him. That business needs me to be a happy returning customer, especially in the current economy. He also needs that to make sure that he remains employed! excellent experience I was in yesterday to look at trading in my 2012 jeep rubicon, I dealt with Jason Scott, what an awesome salesman, I didn't think I would get near wh I was in yesterday to look at trading in my 2012 jeep rubicon, I dealt with Jason Scott, what an awesome salesman, I didn't think I would get near what I wanted for my jeep, or would be able to keep the same payments. But that was not the case. Scott served me the way I wanted to be served, with absolutely no pressure, He stuck with my wife and I right to the end, All the staff are really friendly, but more importantly it feels real, and not a front, I left there feeling like a kid that just got a brand new Bike. I have had bad experiences with pushy dealers and salesmen in the past, and my scepticism was quickly put to rest, I have also dealt with the service department in the past for warranty work, and was still very pleased. I am the up most trust that they will continue this service in the future. More

He was completely straight up with me about my trade in value and gave me some great advice. Since I was already there, I decided to get an oil change. Wanda in the service department is such a gem! She recomended an appropriate oil for my hemi engine and checked up on me while I was waiting. She always had a smile when I saw her. Definitely a wonderful personality and I hope to deal with her again in the future! More

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in providing us with all the information we needed to purchase a new Ram Limited Laramie. Shawn and Alexandra were also just as professional and friendly as Andrei. This was our 5th dodge truck, the 4th from Eastside, and it certainly won't be the last! More

The person we did the credit check through was very friendly, great communication, but led us to believe we would have an answer that night and we didn't until the next day. Reception was not very helpful, not only unable to answer any questions we asked her but also did not point us in the direction of someone that could. Despite having a couple situations where staff we were not directly dealing with were being quite unhelpful when we would ask for someone or trying to find information, absolutely everyone in the dealership was friendly. Danny was the second person from financing that we dealt with, he had great communication, made sure we understood everything, and helped us make sure we had everything we needed to be on our way with our new vehicle. At the end of it all, my mother was so impressed with our salesman Justin Queiroga, she mentioned to me and some of the other staff she felt he deserved a promotion for his exceptional service. More
