Distrust and Failure to disclose I obtained my first Dodge grand caravan SXT during an event about 4 years ago. They didn't disclose the rebates that I was supposed to get, and when I said "YES" to all points on the insurance (including loss of job" (because i working in the oil and gas industry); they ignored my request, played me like a fool and still got me to sign off without having the required "check box" - ticked off! So i was refused my insurance for my payments when i was laid off in 2015. When I took in the van to a new Dodge dealer because I needed to down-grade and modify my financing, it was come to light that East Side Dodge KEPT my all rebates. These people are dodgy, liars and thief's! Good thing that the finance guy that fooled me over the paper work is no longer there - because i'd tag him!. More

Worst Repair Done on My Car I recently got my car done at the body shop as I was involved in a collision. Only to find out my parts where ordered wrong and when I picked up my ca I recently got my car done at the body shop as I was involved in a collision. Only to find out my parts where ordered wrong and when I picked up my car my car still didn't operate properly as my ambient sensor didn't work. As I didn't trust Eastside Dodge no longer I took it to my service department only to find out the work that was supposed to be completed had missing bolts, pans, and my ambient sensor wasn't even connected. Now taking to a trusted body shop as I wasn't able to before. So sad that an apparent trusted name does that kind of work. More

3rd truck and best experience yet I have purchased a few vehicles and never had a bad experience with Eastside. From Bad to Good because of Alvin! I came in very disappointed from my last deal 1 year previous, I bought a new 2015 Ram 1500 and from day one had nothing but issues with it. when I f I came in very disappointed from my last deal 1 year previous, I bought a new 2015 Ram 1500 and from day one had nothing but issues with it. when I finally came back in to get a different truck, I was left sitting and waiting for my sales person to come talk with me.(even after I was told to come in from out of town to meet) luckily for Eastside dodge, Alvin was there and came to help me as I was waiting. Alvin spend the time needed to get a background on my previous truck and set out to get the long list of items fixed for me. he showed a extreme amount of concern and professionalism to my issues and did follow through to everything that he said he would do. All in all, I would be more then 100% confident purchasing my next vehicle from Eastside Dodge as long as I dealt with Alvin, because he is what I want in a Sales person. Thank you Brother! More
