Glen is horrible to deal with. Worst service ever. Glen Brown is horrible there. He will agree on a deal then make the paperwork differently then refuse to honor the deal agreed on. Worst dealership I have ever been to. I recommend going else where or at minimum not dealing with Glen which is one of there used car managers. More

Poor service Used to take my truck to them. They fought me on my concerns and at one point charged me for a service I specifically asked for and failed to perform Used to take my truck to them. They fought me on my concerns and at one point charged me for a service I specifically asked for and failed to perform it. Scratched my fender on one occasion and left greasey hand prints all over on another visit. A different dealer was able to diagnose and solve all the issues I was having that Eastside was shrugging off. They're the closest dealer to me but I'll take distance and quality over convenience and poor service. More
