Several problems occured in purchasing my new car here. I bought the car on a Wednesday. We were told that the car would be ready Friday at 5 pm. On the final invoice I notice a $1700 charge for snow t I bought the car on a Wednesday. We were told that the car would be ready Friday at 5 pm. On the final invoice I notice a $1700 charge for snow tires which I never purchased. Then I noticed that the amount for my tradein was reduced by $1500. And conveniently the sales manager responsible was not available. The salesperson suggested I return Monday when the sales manager would be available. I could not do this as I had already transferred the insurance to the new car and could not legally drive my old car. Eventually a new invoice was produced without the snow tires on it. The tradein value was not changed. Basically it was my word against theirs, as I had no written record of the original agreement. It seems to me that the dealership should have done this to make sure there is no misunderstandings. I only buy a car ever 6/7 years and at the time did not question the purchase procedure. In the end I felt forced to take things as they stood as I had paid a $2000 deposit at the time of purchase all in good faith. I never got a walk around the car at delivery, as well as no explanation of the function and operation of the many electronics, something I'm not familiar with. When I eventually drove away in my new car it was 7:30, over 2 hours later than the scheduled delivery time of 5 o'clock. I wonder if some of what happened was deliberate to take advantage of me. The general manager did contact me and apologized but did not offer anything else. More

Although this was not her sale and she was not getting anything for it but she happily, graciously, pleasantly readied the truck for me. Although she might be at the wrong dealership but if you have to go there please ask for her, she is excellent at what she does and very knowledgeable. More

This Ford dealer is probably one of the most amateur of them all. While inquiring about leasing a brand new vehicle, they kept trying to get me into the dealership. I understand there are shortages, but it's a shame that in the year 2021 this dealership just cant figure out how to adapt to newer times.
