Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting 6 months for a tonneau cover. I called service and they said call parts. I called parts and they said to call the sales guy. I called my sales guy 5 times and left 2 voicemails in two weeks. Emailed 3 times and finally I get an email back saying he will get back to me by days end. 2 weeks later I call the sales manager and my sales guy magically doesn’t work there anymore but he will handle it. Two weeks later after getting voicemail on every call, I get another sales manager who apologizes for the issues and says he will get me an answer. Two weeks later and I can’t get ahold of anyone. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! More

I'm still fighting to get the $5000 electric vehicle rebate which the dealership was supposed to have included on the invoice (per government requirement). When I ordered, I had indicated interest in paying cash but on delivery, they said cash was not accepted. Only financing. After a couple of days and wasted time, that finally got resolved. Then on delivery, the vehicle only came with 60% charge. How hard was it to charge the vehicle before delivery?? And the vehicle hadnt been washed. Really? One disappoint after the other. Worst service i've ever had from a dealership and no one cares. They make it sound like they are doing me a big favor when I raise a question. More
