Couldn't get any better! After visiting over a dozen dealerships, East Court Ford was our final destination. We had initially called the dealership to see if a vehicle that we wanted was in stock. We were assisted by Wasiem Shehzad, a sales representative. Wasiem was a honest, friendly, and sincere person who answered all of our questions and concerns. Most of the other dealerships we went to had the "pushy used car salesman" environment. Not East Court Ford. In the same afternoon after we called, we went to the dealership. We were greeted while we shopped around by dozens of representatives who asked if we needed any help. However we knew exactly what we wanted and met with Wasiem shortly after. He showed us the vehicle with our pricing options, and allowed us to meet the sales manager. After our conversation, we left the dealership, but shortly returned to purchase the vehicle. The customer service, and pricing are beyond what a review can say. We are 150% satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommend East Court Ford to anyone looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln. Their prices are beyond reasonable with superb customer service and staff. Thank you East Court Ford! More

Liars, scammers, terrible people. All the years of purchasing vehicles, this was the worst experience I have ever had. I had first seen the truck that I had wanted online at Eastcourt All the years of purchasing vehicles, this was the worst experience I have ever had. I had first seen the truck that I had wanted online at Eastcourt and decided to make a visit to see if they had it available. I visited the lot on a Saturday. The whole time during the process of purchase for this vehicle, I dealt with Queena. I was told that there were no more left, only black and I had wanted a white one. Since I wanted white, Queena made a promise to me that they would find me the one. Eastcourt had found one the exact same that I had originally wanted but at a different lot and they said they would have it available for me by Tuesday. So I agreed to this, left a $2,000 deposit and signed the necessary paperwork. Queena introduced me to the finance guy (I don't recall his name unfortunately) and he told me to call insurance for my new vehicle. I came home and called the insurance and they requested a VIN but I did not have one to provide since there was no actual vehicle yet. I reached out to Eastcourt to get the VIN and I was left with no response. I decided to go to Fraser Ford to buy a truck there because at this point I was growing very frustrated with the service I was receiving at Eastcourt. I was supposed to have a truck by Tuesday but was left with unanswered text messaged and phone calls. I went to Fraser Ford on Thursday of the same week and they had the truck that I originally wanted but I was not able to purchase it because Eastcourt still had my $2,000 deposit for a truck that was non-existent. I sent a text to Queena and said I wanted my deposit back because I was sick of the lies and being strung along with the false hopes of a truck they could not provide. I told her to cancel the deal completely and I didn't receive a reply back from Queena until the next morning claiming that they had found the truck that I wanted, even though they told me they had the truck all along. This truck was coming from somewhere far, apparently Ottawa. So I went back to Eastcourt to look at the truck and realized it had already 500km on it, which no longer made it a brand new truck. I told them to leave it untouched in it's original state upon arrival but they did not listen to my instructions, once again. They put the runners on the side and sprayed the cab to make it look all shiny and new. Against my better judgement, I decided to go through with the purchase of the truck because I was tired of the back and forth phone tag and continuous manipulation of my eagerness to have a new vehicle. It was an extremely stressful experience of wondering if I will ever actually end up with the truck they had PROMISED me from the beginning of the whole sale. They also still had my $2,000 deposit so I felt obligated to just purchase through them rather than to lose the money. During the final paper work process, I had inquired about a winter tire package that I had learned about through Fraser Ford that would give me $1,000 off. Queena told me that it was already included in the price. I wanted written proof on the bill of sale which she failed to provide, once again. The original price of the truck that I wanted and was PROMISED was $33,000 plus tax and I walked out spending $45,000. I am extremely baffled on how a truck that was originally $33,000 ended up being over 10 grand more. During the signing of the paperwork, for some odd reason, there was two separates bills of sales. One had gas and some other fees that I was unfamiliar with written on it and the other did not. The sales manager wanted me to sign for both of the bills which I was extremely hesitant to do in the first place. I agreed to it finally after some convincing and some more lies and later realized that the bill of sale that did not have the additional fees written on it would be sent to Ford so that they did not see all the additional costs they had thrown into the deal, leaving me completely blindsided. After weeks of unnecessary stress, anxiety and frustration, I still can't enjoy the vehicle because I'm left with a bitter taste in my mouth. More
