Bad Customer Service Usually, I do not write a review, but experience with East Court Ford service department forced me to do so. I should say the Worst amongst all auto dealers I dealt with. The service department deserves a zero star rating. This location, in particular, has NO respect for customer’s time and trouble. It is not the first time this happening with me it is my second experience with this location. I have had with them one last year. I thought this year give them another chance…….Save your time and stress and try elsewhere. At this location, it’s not about the customer service anymore, terrible service! Probably or most definitely will not do business with them again even to changing or fix a tire. More

I was told by the manager that if I wrote a letter saying that I would forfeit my deposit he would cancel the contract and not force me to buy the car. I had no choice and reluctantly wrote the letter. I asked the next day if I could have a copy of expenses that they had because of me canceling and they refuse. I believe they fair and moral thing to do is to keep any money they lost and refund the rest. I am stilling awaiting them to provide me with their losses otherwise they kept my deposit for no reason. My suv was leaking so I brought in to get looked at. The dealership called me back and told me the job is about $2000 to fix . I had no option but to get the part changed . A week later I called the dealership to find out when my suv is going to be ready , they told me it’s ready but they had an accident with it . They claim a tow truck damaged my front bumper and that I would be compensated . Well months have gone by and I have not received anything but the run around . I trusted eastcourt with my suv and now I have no respect for this dealership. Also anyone buying a Ford Edge / flex / Taurus be aware when buying , there is a class action lawsuit against Ford for using an internal water pump which will cost 2000$ to repair plus if your engine got damaged at the same time add another few thousands . Google ford internal water pump . Do your research before buying these particular vehicles . Ask questions . More

The transaction was a little unusual in that my wife and I were on vacation in BC and dealing with Mr. Sibal long distance via phone and internet. I was very specific in the long list of options which I required for the truck, but everything that I wanted was on the truck when I got back to Ontario and picked it up. Actually, Mr. Sibal made some suggestions to me on some options that I had not thought of and I'm glad that he did! I found Mr. Sibal to be thorough and a good man to deal with. I would not hesitate in working with him in a future transaction. I also worked with Frank Lonero regarding the extended warranty and Ford maintenance protection plan. I felt this gives me peace of mind and will save me money in the long run, especially with a diesel engine vehicle. Mr. Lonero has a lot of knowledge in these subjects and guided me through the process and provided me with a product which I feel serves my particular needs well. More
