Got a car from here about 2. 5 months ago after a few weeks of driving the vehicle my front tire almost came off right after I picked my child up from school. I got home checked t 5 months ago after a few weeks of driving the vehicle my front tire almost came off right after I picked my child up from school. I got home checked the tire and the bolts were so loose I could spin them with my hand. I just took my car into the dealership in Chilliwack after I apparently have a really good warranty and was told the work that had to be done was due to regular maintenance of the car... I have gotten all oil changes and fixed any lights have come on prior to this. I told this to the manager of the dealership and basically told me they wouldn't help me because I didn't bring it into them first and that it was from me driving the vehicle for 2.5 months... I live in Chilliwack... Why would I drive all the way to Maple ridge with misfiring cylinders... Thanks Maple ridge GM... Not! More

We have been shopping for a truck for weeks and anyone who know else in this situation knows what a gong show it is out there. I have dealt with so many sales people I cant even keep track.. false leads, who know else in this situation knows what a gong show it is out there. Dealing with Josh Frith at Eagle Ridge was a delight to deal with by contrast. He was unbelievably transparent and helpful. He took the time to educate us on the reality of the vehicle market at the moment and made sure we understood why everything is the way it is at the moment and made no false promises, giving us the hard facts. He is extremely knowledgable not only on the vehicles stats, but on the state of the market itself (not unlike the real estate market at the moment), tracking all available and potentially available vehicles in a near obsessive manner to give his clients the best possible edge.
