Dealer won't return my 2 $500 deposit for Chevy bolt euvs. So last year I placed 2 refundable deposits for 2 Chevy bolt euvs. Months passed and I decided to contact my salesman regarding an update. T euvs. So last year I placed 2 refundable deposits for 2 Chevy bolt euvs. Months passed and I decided to contact my salesman regarding an update. To my surprised he did not return my call so I had to call the dealership to find out he no longer works there. My case was passed on to a Chantel in sales. She told me that there has been no updates. A few weeks later I decided to cancel my orders after hearing of gm ending production and I could not wait any longer(bought something else). I was told that my deposits would be refunded shortly so I waited. Days turned into weeks and now months. No response from Chantel or her sales manager (who she said she forwarded my issue to). This is truly unprofessional of Eagle Ridge GM. I will give them 1 more week to make this right before I have to go there in person. More
My car was in for regular service, including tire rotation. I waited an average amount of time for the work to be completed and took the car directly home. On arrival, the car was smoking from under rotation. I waited an average amount of time for the work to be completed and took the car directly home. On arrival, the car was smoking from under the hood and on opening the hood, the smoke billowed out. I called the service advisor and my calls went to voice mail and i left messages for him to call me back, after telling him what was happening. To date, one week later, I have heard nothing from him. A kind neighbour looked at the vehicle, and saw that a significant amount of oil had been spilt inside on the motor compartment. He checked the fluid levels which were fine, and did some cleaning around the motor compartment. The fact that the mess had been made during a routine visit and wasn't cleaned up or mentioned was bad enough, but no return calls from the service advisor?? NOT GOOD!!! I am a senior, and have always had my vehicles serviced through a dealership. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. More
