I'm not very satisfied the service I received this time. They didn't solve the problem. They deleted the check engine light but my truck now takes longer to start. I don't have piece of mind after this last They didn't solve the problem. They deleted the check engine light but my truck now takes longer to start. I don't have piece of mind after this last repair. I'm worried my truck will break down. Also I brought my truck for a diagnostic and no one called to tell my what was found wrong and ask me if I want to go ahead with the repair. My bill ended up $250 more than what I was originally quoted. Plus I have extended warranty and was told it's not something covered. If that is the case I should have been informed before the repair was made. As it stands it was just a cleaning of the injector. But not a guarantee fix, this might warrant another visit to the dealership in the near future. This is what I was told when I picked up my truck. Very disappointing service overall. More
I drove all the way from Vancouver to meet my appointment then in return I got poor customer service from the advisor Matt. I reget I came to this dealership and 100 % sure, I wont recommend to any of my friends. Please choose your delaership wisely their sales spiel is great to encourage clients to closed the deal after that nothing...because they already had their commissions..... More

The customer service always is lacking. They seem to do the bare minimum... Never get a chance to talk to anyone after my service.
