We have been shopping for a truck for weeks and anyone who know else in this situation knows what a gong show it is out there. He took the time to educate us on the reality of the vehicle market at the moment and made sure we understood why everything is the way it is at the moment and made no false promises, giving us the hard facts. He is extremely knowledgable not only on the vehicles stats, but on the state of the market itself (not unlike the real estate market at the moment), tracking all available and potentially available vehicles in a near obsessive manner to give his clients the best possible edge.
